Marc Daigle Principal
Marc Daigle is co-founder, and CEO, responsible for the management of Development, and Construction teams.
Prior to founding Dakota Partners, Marc was founder and President of Emerald Development Group in which he developed over 22 projects totaling approximately $70 million in value. His projects have ranged from high-end single-family homes to multi-family new and rehab buildings.
Before starting Emerald, Marc ran Architectural Partners, which he founded in 1985. With Architectural Partners he designed more than 60 residential projects totaling almost 900 units of residential infill housing projects for other developers.
Mr. Daigle holds a Bachelors of Architecture/Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Roberto Arista Principal
Roberto Arista is co-founder, Principal and Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for management of the acquisition and entitlement process for all projects.
Prior to founding Dakota Partners, Roberto was President of The Austin Development Group, Inc., which he co-founded in 2000. With Austin Development, he developed projects totaling approximately $20 million in value. His projects ranged from rehabs to conversions to multi-family condominiums. Roberto brings over 20 years of experience in project planning & development, budgeting, development, and financing and has successfully managed over $100 million in capital projects
Mr. Arista holds a BS Degree in Engineering from Northeastern University, an MBA from Boston College, and a MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Mike Medeiros Vice President of Construction
Mike Medeiros is the Vice President of Construction, responsible for the construction of all Dakota projects.
Mike brings over 20 years of construction experience to Dakota Partners in providing full-charge leadership and project management of commercial, retail, industrial, institutional, historic rehabilitation and multi-unit residential construction.
Mike’s extensive knowledge of the New England building industry is instrumental in helping to further develop projects for Dakota Partners.

Steve Kominski Vice President Development and Acquisitions
Steve Kominski is Acquisitions Manager for Dakota Partners, responsible for identifying, analyzing and securing feasible properties to reach Dakota’s development goals.
Steve has over 20 years experience in real estate development, construction, acquisitions, finance, planning, dispositions and asset management. Most recently, he was involved in apartment acquisitions and attached residential development for a large development firm.
Mr. Kominski holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a MBA from Suffolk University

Mary Dudley Sales and Marketing Manager
Mary Dudley is Sales and Marketing Manager, responsible for corporate marketing, brand awareness and monitoring of field sales activities.
Mary has 10+ years experience in marketing management with major technology, internet and financial marketing groups. Most recently working in Bank of America’s Corporate Communications division responsible for executing on Direct and Email Campaigns to the banks 3+ million customer base.
Mrs. Dudley holds a BA Degree in Business Education from Salem State College and a certificate in Corporate and Promotional Communications from the University of Massachusetts-Boston.

Terry Morris Legal Counsel
Terry Morris is Legal Counsel to the acquisitions process as well as all legal aspects of projects from permitting approvals to performing unit closings.
Terry has been active in zoning and development matters for 30 years in both the public and the private sectors were he has been responsible for coordinating the preparation of architectural and engineering documents; overseeing public review and approval process for special permit projects; interactions with corporate counsel and municipal departments, and evaluation of the zoning and land use aspects of prospective projects
